Qualified Accountant

This is a fully on\-site role based in Grange Castle Dublin 22\.

We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented Qualified Accountant to join a growing finance team and support the successful financial management of a fast\-paced multinational organisation.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function across a broad range of accounting, reporting, and strategic activities.

You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure high\-quality financial operations and contribute to finance projects that drive efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

As Qualified Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and submitting month\-end management accounts for group consolidation


• Trial balance reconciliations


• Maintaining the fixed asset register and lease reporting under IFRS16


• Preparing internal and corporate financial reports


• Managing VAT, PAYE, and Corporation Tax returns


• Processing weekly payment runs


• Supporting bi\-annual budget submissions to Corporate


• Assisting Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes


• Supporting the Irish group consolidation process


• Conducting strategic financial analysis including cashflow forecasting


• Assisting with audit management and compliance requirements


• Leading finance improvement projects, including SAP process automation


• Performing bank reconciliations


• Posting journals and maintaining accurate financial records


• Sharing knowledge and supporting organisational learning within the team

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a finance professional who is analytical, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA, AAIA, or CIMA)


• Minimum 2–3 years’ post\-qualified experience


• Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Strong organisational and time management abilities


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines


• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
