<li>Technical education background or a strong passion for technology</li>
<li>1–2 years of experience in system administration, software testing, or software development</li>
<li>Strong motivation to grow professionally in the software testing field</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems</li>
<li>Good understanding of networking technologies and systems (DNS, DHCP, basic network configuration, etc.)</li>
<li>Curiosity and attention to detail, with a natural ability to identify flaws — key qualities for hands-on testing</li>
<li>Open-mindedness, strong common sense, and clear logical thinking</li>
<li>Fast learner with enthusiasm for interesting and challenging tasks (passion is valued as much as experience)</li>
<li>English proficiency sufficient for daily communication within international teams</li>
