We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with solid experience in modern test automation frameworks, continuous integration, and quality engineering practices focused on reliability and maintainability.

Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and evolve automated test suites covering UI, API, regression, and integration testing.
- Build scalable and reusable test automation solutions aligned with software engineering best practices.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, supporting continuous quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Product teams to identify risks early and validate requirements.
- Contribute to the definition of test strategies and the continuous evolution of QA practices.
- Document test scenarios, automation strategies, standards, and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, standardization, and quality governance initiatives.
- Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in test automation.
- Hands\-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework, and/or Appium.
- Experience with API testing using tools or frameworks such as REST Assured, Karate, Postman/Newman, or SuperTest.
- Experience with one or more programming languages such as C\#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar.
- Experience with Git and software engineering best practices.
- Ability to structure automated tests with a focus on reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling is valued.
- Experience with Docker and cloud environments is a plus.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Porto, Portugal.
