PURCHASING MANAGER
Staines\-upon\-Thames \| £63K plus bonus \| Full\-time (40 hrs/week)
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Purchasing Manager to join the team at Accent Catering. Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a key role responsible for overseeing the procurement of food and beverage products across our multi\-site contract catering business.
Working closely with the Sales, Operations, Culinary and Finance teams, you will manage supplier relationships, negotiate commercial agreements and ensure cost\-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and continuity of supply across the business.
We are looking for a commercially minded and highly organised individual with strong purchasing experience within the food service sector, excellent negotiation skills and the ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment. You’ll be proactive, analytical and confident building strong relationships with both suppliers and colleagues throughout the business.

- Producing reports and supporting key business projects
- Proven experience in food and beverage buying within the Food Service sector (multi\-site preferred)
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills
- Strong Excel spreadsheet skills
- Ability to work cross functionally in a fast paced environment
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to present information clearly and effectively
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem solving

Salary £63K per annum plus bonus
HOURS
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
LOCATION
Based at our prestigious riverside offices in Staines\-upon\-Thames but will also involve occasional travel to visit suppliers and sites.
