Purchasing \& Inventory Administrator (Part\-Time)

Minogue Furniture – Cashel, Co. Tipperary

Minogue Furniture is looking for a Purchasing and Inventory Administrator to join our team on a part\-time basis, supporting our shops, warehouse, and head office.

This is a great opportunity for someone organised, detail\-oriented, and comfortable working across purchasing, logistics, and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising and managing purchase orders with suppliers

  • Processing delivery and logistics documentation

  • Managing goods\-in, checking deliveries against orders

  • Handling returns and liaising with suppliers

  • Maintaining accurate inventory records across stores and warehouse

  • Supporting stock control and stocktaking as needed

  • Liaising with store teams and warehouse staff on stock levels and delivery schedules
Essential Requirements:
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel

  • Experience using stock control software

  • Previous experience in purchasing, inventory, or warehouse administration
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • Good communication skills, able to liaise with suppliers, drivers, and store staff

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Hours:

Part\-time — 3 days per week, or flexible hours to suit the right candidate.

Location:

Based at Minogue Furniture, Cashel, Co. Tipperary

Pay: From €16,000\.00 per year
