We are looking for a motivated and organised office administrator with a history in both purchasing and finance to be part of our team.
*Responsibilities include*
*Purchasing \& Stock Control*
- Place purchase orders according to assessed requirements and supplier lead times.
- Maintain the purchase order ledger and update changes to live orders.
- Book in all deliveries received against the relevant purchase order.
- Request stock takes from the warehouse staff and check/ update raw material stocking levels.
- Update and/or create new raw material products with regards pricing and any other relevant changes.
- Managing our invoice financing facility (Bibby Finance) by completing monthly bank rec, sending financial reports, allocating payments received etc
- Inputting supplier invoices
- Maintain accounts email address
- Company Monthly bank rec and stock reconciliation.
- Vat returns (quarterly).
- Update credit card account.
- Email statements and chase payments.
- Staff Payroll using sage payroll and keep track of holidays/ absences.
- AAT Level 2 (Book\-keeping)
- Sage 50 accounts (2 years minimum) used within past 6 months.
- Word, excel.
- Outlook.
- Organisation.
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: From £15\.00 per hour
Experience:
- Sage 50 Accounting: 2 years (required)
- English (required)
- AAT Level 2 (Book\-Keeping) in accounting (required)
- United Kingdom (required)
