Purchasing Administrator
Company: Bentham LTD. T/A IJT Direct, Making IT Green, Morgan Computers.
Start Date: ASAP
Our friendly purchasing team are looking for a new member of staff to join their busy department.
Although this role is weighted to Purchase Admin, we would be very interested to hear from any candidate with either previous experience of B2B negotiation or eager to learn and later hone this skill with us.
Main Duties
· Answering price \& order queries from Sales teams and other departments
· Raise Purchase Orders
· Build strong relationships with suppliers
· Attain the best pricing by negotiating with suppliers
· Be heavily involved in cost saving projects
· Organise Order Confirmations, Purchasing Orders \& Invoices
· Ensure deliveries are booked in correctly \& efficiently
· General admin duties in the office
Requirements
· Ability to deliver accurate information with attention to detail
· Excellent time management
· Excellent organisational skills
· Strong Computer competence especially in Outlook \& Excel.
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· A conscientious, positive and enthusiastic approach to work, maintaining good working relationships
Key Information
· Salary from £25,000 dependant on experience
· Permanent Position
· 37\.5 hours Monday – Friday
· 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
· On\-site parking
