Purchase Ledger Assistant
- Annual Salary: Up to £28,000pa
- Location: Outskirts of Maidstone
- Job Type: Full-time
- Working Arrangements: Office Based - valid driving or motorcycle licence and access to your own transport essential
Day-to-day of the role:
- Day-to-day processing for our purchase ledger function.
- Responsible for updating our purchase order systems.
- Conducting supplier reconciliations.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Setting up payment runs to maintain financial efficiency.
- Proven experience in a high-volume purchase ledger role or similar.
- Familiarity with Sage 200 is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
