Meet your future team

You will join PwC Luxembourg’s Industry and Public Sector practice, working within Public Health Consulting. The team collaborates closely with EU institutions, national authorities, and cross‑border PwC experts to deliver evidence‑based policy and economic insights in a highly international environment.

What your role will look like

As an Associate, you contribute to high‑impact public health and public policy projects supporting Europe’s and Luxembourg’s digital and economic transformation. Your work combines rigorous analysis with stakeholder engagement, helping public bodies turn evidence into actionable decisions.

Contribute to research and consultancy projects for EU institutions and local public sector actors across public health priorities such as digital health, crisis preparedness, and disease prevention.

Design and apply mixed‑method research approaches, combining quantitative analysis with qualitative insights.

Translate complex data and policy analysis into clear messages, presentations, and reports tailored to diverse audiences.

Support stakeholder engagement activities and contribute to workshops, meetings, and presentations with clients and partners.

Participate in proposal and bid development for EU and public sector clients, ensuring clarity, quality, and compliance.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary and international PwC teams, using PwC project methodologies to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Your growth and opportunities

You will progressively deepen your exposure to EU‑level policy work and public health strategy while building strong analytical and consulting foundations. The role offers increasing responsibility across projects, client interaction, and proposal development in a dynamic, international setting.

The skills you bring

Master’s degree in Public Policy, Public Health, or a related field.

Initial experience (including internships) in public sector or consulting environments, ideally linked to public health or policy.

Experience contributing to research, analysis, or project delivery for EU institutions or public bodies.

Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to turn research into actionable recommendations.

Language skills:

English: fluent (C1/C2\)

French: fluent (C1/C2\)
