More about the role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Public Affairs Communication professional to join our team in Madrid as a Manager.

What you'll do

• Support Public Affairs strategies and institutional positioning for companies and sector associations.


• Analyse and supervise political and regulatory developments across the Spanish and European institutional landscape.


• Identify legislative risks and opportunities and contribute to defining strategic lines of action for clients.


• Support communication and public affairs strategies, particularly in highly regulated sectors.


• Provide strategic support and contribute to client account management and relationships.


• Prepare and supervise reports, briefings, messaging, stakeholder mapping, and other communication materials.


• Support project coordination and help guide junior team members.


• Contribute to new business opportunities, proposals, and pitches.

• Bachelor's degree in political science, law, international relations, institutional relations, communication, or a related field.


• 5\+ years' experience in public affairs, institutional relations, political communication, corporate communication, or a relevant agency environment.


• Strong knowledge of the Spanish political and parliamentary system.


• High level of spoken and written English (C1\) required.


• Experience in client management and project coordination.


• Strong strategic thinking, communication, problem\-solving, and stakeholder management skills.


• Creative, proactive, results\-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic, diverse, and inclusive environments.
