Job Description

We're looking for a detail\-oriented junior professional to join the Derivatives Clearing team and support daily operations. In this role, you'll work with an experienced team to monitor trades, ensure accurate record\-keeping, and assist with client communications. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in derivatives clearing and gain hands\-on experience in a fast\-paced financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assist with trade allocation across exchanges to support smooth trade processing


• Support reconciliation activities between internal systems and exchanges (trades, positions, margins, and premiums)


• Help respond to client inquiries and requests via email in a timely manner


• Assist with day\-to\-day clearing operations under the guidance of senior team members


• Contribute to maintaining accurate records and identifying any discrepancies

• Good Microsoft skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint


• Strong attention to detail and team player


• knowledge in VBA and/or Powerquery is a plus


• Continuous improvement and/or Lean mindset is welcome

• Fluent in English

• Proactive, motivated and willing to absorb new concepts


• Ability to adapt and respond to changing work situations and environments
