Job Title: Protection Consultant

OTE: £50K\+ (top earner £90k\+)

Starting Salary: £26,500 \- £30,000 DOE \*Road Map to £35k basic\*

Job Type: Full time (40 hours pw), Permanent

Location: In Person, Office based \- Farnborough, Hampshire

As a Protection Consultant at LetsGoCover you will:

· Work on a non\-advised basis (pathway to advised available)

· Contact multiple leads per day (generated from potential customers who have expressed a specific interest in life assurance products on\-line (real time hot leads not cold calling)

· Overcome customer concerns

· Perform fact finds with clients to confirm their needs

· Search through our market leading providers to find a policy to match the client’s needs

· Sell key benefits of our products and services

· Arrange life insurance policies in line with our sales process

· Learn and retain product knowledge

· Adhere to FCA guidelines

Requirements:

· Proven track record in working to targets in telesales (essential)

· Ability to overcome common objections (essential)

· Experience in a financial company working within FCA guidelines (beneficial)

· Excellent verbal communication

· Ambition to thrive in a sales environment

· Team player focused on the success of the business as a whole

· Professional and positive manner

· Enthusiasm to invest time in upskilling and professional development through CPD and qualifications such as CII

· Knowledge around treating customers fairly and willingness to support positive customer outcomes in line with FCA guidelines

Prerequisites:

· Clean credit history *(any past issues must have been resolved, e.g. “in arrangement”)*

· Clean employment references for last 3 years

· Ideally a clean criminal record. *(Any historic items will be considered on a case by case basis)*

· All successful Sales Consultant applicants will have a DBS/CRB check done prior to starting

Pay: £26,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
