Property Showing Agent

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and personable Property Showing Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. This role involves showcasing properties to prospective buyers, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the smooth operation of property viewings. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a professional demeanour. Previous administrative experience and multilingual capabilities are advantageous, but not essential. Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings for prospective clients, highlighting key features and answering questions effectively


• Coordinate with clients to schedule appointments at mutually convenient times


• Prepare and organise property information packets for viewings


• Maintain detailed records of property visits and client interactions


• Assist with administrative tasks such as updating client databases and managing appointment calendars


• Provide feedback from viewings to the wider team to support sales strategies


• Uphold professional standards and ensure properties are presented in the best possible condition during viewings

Requirements

• Previous administrative experience is essential


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional manner


• Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently


• Multilingual abilities are considered an asset to serve diverse client needs


• A valid driving licence is desirable for travelling between properties and client meetings\- Must be held for a minimum of 10 years.


• Well\-presented with a confident attitude and strong interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members
