Property Sales Progressor

Due to growth, our fantastic, thriving Estate Agency client based in Coleford (Gloucestershire / Forest of Dean) have a requirement for an experienced Administrator to join their successful team on a permanent full-time basis.

The successful candidate will liaise with house buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage lenders to ensure smooth progression of house sales all the way through to contract exchange.Previous property knowledge/experience non-essential for someone with all round office/admin experience and confident communication skills.

Key Responsibilities;

• Progressing and chasing house sale process.


• Engage with potential and existing clients to promote company service and products.


• Identify needs and make recommendations to customers to meet their requirements.


• Keep internal system accurate and up to date with all new information and activity, logging follow up reminders and actions.


• Help organise sales campaigns, events, and promotional activities.


• Offer a top notch customer service experience, answering queries promptly and professionally.


• Work towards team targets.


• General admin, reporting, arranging appointments.

Candidate Attributes;

• Previous office/administration experience


• Confident, clear communicator – both written and verbal


• Good attention to detail


• Friendly, professional manner

Hours: 9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays 9am – 5pm (with a day off in the week in lieu) – fully based onsite / in-office
