Property Photographer

A well-respected independent Estate Agency in Nottingham is seeking a talented and visually driven Estate Agent Photographer to strengthen its marketing team.

This position suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced property environment and takes pride in producing high-quality imagery and content that showcases homes in the best possible light and maximises their market appeal.

The role will involve attending residential properties across the area to produce professional photography, videography, and accurate floor plans, ensuring all marketing output is consistent, polished, and delivered within required timescales.

The successful Property Photographer, you will be offered:

• Salary of circa £28,000


• Monday to Friday working hours


• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

As a Property Photographer, your key responsibilities will be:

• Create high-quality photography and video content for a range of residential properties


• Produce accurate and well-presented floorplans using relevant software


• Edit, retouch, and enhance imagery to maintain consistent brand quality


• Coordinate and manage property visits with vendors, tenants, and internal teams


• Ensure all marketing content is completed accurately and within agreed timeframes


• Contribute ideas to improve property presentation and overall marketing output


• Act as a professional representative of the business during all external visits

To be considered for the Property Photographer role, you must have:

• Previous experience in property photography, commercial photography, or a similar visual media role


• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and post-production editing


• Confident using DSLR or mirrorless camera equipment and editing software


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Highly organised with the ability to manage your own diary effectively


• Full UK driving licence required
