Property Paralegal / Trainee Legal Executive

Full-time | Liverpool

A great opportunity for an experienced Property Paralegal or Trainee Legal Executive to join a busy, fast-paced property team. You’ll support senior lawyers across residential and commercial conveyancing, managing files from onboarding through to completion and liaising with clients, agents and lenders.

Key Responsibilities • Assist with residential and commercial conveyancing matters

• Open, progress and complete files, including post-completion


• Manage key diary tasks and deadlines


• Update clients professionally and promptly


• Liaise with third parties


• Use case management systems and conveyancing portals

Requirements • Minimum 12 months’ property paralegal experience

• Strong residential conveyancing background


• Commercial experience desirable


• Knowledge of case management systems, Laserforms, Land Registry & SDLT portals


• InfoTrack and CQS experience desirable
