Property Lister

• Annual Salary: £45,000 OTE

Day-to-day of the role:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure repeat business and new instructions for properties to market.


• Utilize various marketing skills to present properties attractively to potential buyers.


• Prepare detailed and appealing brochures for each property, including photos and descriptions.


• Engage in local area canvassing through door knocking and leaflet dropping to generate leads.


• Ensure all properties meet health and safety standards.


• Complete contracts and effectively upsell additional products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.


• Proven experience as an Estate Agent, ready to take the next step in your career.


• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support management.


• Renowned for delivering outstanding customer service.


• Ability to work independently and show initiative.


• Excellent communication skills, including a good telephone manner.


• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office packages and strong attention to detail.
