Our client is a highly successful, independent property company with offices across East London. They are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their expanding team in Stratford and assist with managing a large residential portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be diplomatic, decisive, and organised, with a natural ability to prioritise tasks effectively. This role offers excellent career progression for someone with the right attitude and work ethic.

- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Coordinating tenancy renewals, inspections, check-ins, and check-outs
- Arranging repairs and maintenance works, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
- Monitoring compliance requirements and serving relevant tenancy notices
- Resolving tenancy-related queries and delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in Residential Lettings, Property Management, or Tenancy Management
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Confident and diplomatic approach when handling problems and disputes
- Good knowledge of lettings processes, legislation, and compliance requirements
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team
- ARLA qualification would be advantageous but is not essential
