What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties

• Arranging property inspections and progressing follow-up actions


• Managing compliance records and tenancy documentation


• Resolving property and tenancy issues quickly and professionally

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Highly organised with good time management abilities
