You make sure maintenance issues are handled quickly and that our residents always know what to expect.

At Holland2Stay, maintenance requests come in every day from our buildings. Your team reviews each request, assesses what needs to be done, and assigns the work to the right contractor. The repairs are carried out by our contractors. Your team stays in control of the process. As Team Lead, you manage the team, monitor quality, and make sure residents receive clear and timely communication.

You combine a structured approach with a hands\-on mindset. You have enough technical knowledge to assess maintenance requests, and you get the most satisfaction from leading a well\-organized team and creating a great experience for residents.

What will you do?

You are responsible for the daily operation and for continuously improving the way your team works.

Team leadership and operations

• Lead our Support team by managing planning, priorities, and performance.


• Coach team members and encourage ownership.


• Improve and monitor workflows, and make decisions when escalations arise.

• Your team reviews incoming maintenance requests and assesses urgency, scope, and expected costs.


• Ensure every request is assigned to the right contractor or internal colleague.


• Monitor completed work to make sure it meets agreed quality standards.

• Manage contractors on quality, speed, and cost.


• Act as the main point of contact for the Operations and Technical teams.


• Ensure communication with residents is clear, friendly, and consistent.

• Identify recurring issues through data and address the root cause.


• Improve workflows and maintain clear, structured reporting.

You start with your team by reviewing current priorities, identifying bottlenecks, and deciding what needs attention first. Throughout the day, you keep an overview of ongoing maintenance requests, step in when needed, and make sure contractors deliver on their commitments. Along the way, you coach your team, handle escalations, and work on making processes smarter and more efficient.

You look beyond today's maintenance requests. You recognize patterns, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize processes so residents receive faster support and your team can work more efficiently.

What do you bring?

• Mbo\+ or bachelor's\-level working and thinking ability.


• Experience leading a team, or a clear ambition to take that next step.


• Enough technical understanding to assess maintenance requests. You do not need to carry out repairs yourself.


• A structured way of working, strong organizational skills, and clear communication.


• Good command of both Dutch and English.

• You take ownership and focus on achieving results.
