Property Manager (Residential Lettings) – Leicester

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Basic + £2,500 Salary Increase Upon Successful Completion of 6-Month Probation

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:00pm (No Weekends)

Working within a friendly and professional environment, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

The Role

As Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties.


• Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants.


• Coordinating maintenance and repair works through approved contractors.


• Arranging and conducting routine property inspections.


• Managing tenancy renewals and tenancy-related administration.


• Monitoring rent payments and assisting with arrears management where required.


• Ensuring all properties remain compliant with current legislation and safety regulations.


• Resolving tenant and landlord queries efficiently and professionally.


• Maintaining accurate records and producing property management reports.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience within Property Management or Residential Lettings.


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


• Strong organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail.


• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.


• A proactive and solution-focused approach.


• Experience using property management software and CRM systems.


• A good understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements.


• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• £28,000 - £30,000 basic salary, depending on experience.


• Guaranteed £2,500 salary increase following successful completion of a 6-month probation period.
