Job Description Sharman Quinney is looking for an Property Manager to join our team in Peterborough. As a Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring tenancies are managed efficiently, compliantly and with exceptional levels of customer care. You'll work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors and branch colleagues to deliver a seamless property management service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties throughout the tenancy lifecycle


• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors


• Coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring works are completed promptly and to a high standard


• Managing tenancy renewals, inspections and end-of-tenancy processes


• Ensuring properties remain compliant with current legislation and company standards


• Resolving tenancy queries and more complex property management issues professionally and efficiently


• Supporting branch teams with lettings and property management matters


• Maintaining accurate records and delivering an outstanding customer experience

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Previous experience in residential property management


• A strong understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload


• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving


• The ability to work independently while contributing to a successful team


• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
