Join us in supporting the new Real Estate (RE) organizational structure in Denmark and its expanded regional responsibility across the Netherlands and Belgium. This position is designed to ensure continuity in real estate operations, lease management, project execution, governance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, with a primary focus on supporting the Brande site while also contributing to the broader Western Europe Real Estate organization. As an entry\-level professional, you will support a wide range of real estate, facility management, and portfolio administration activities within a dynamic international environment.How You’ll Make an Impact* Manage day\-to\-day operations for assigned properties in Brande and support the expanded region, ensuring optimal performance of facilities and services.

• Steer and monitor facility management service providers (FMS), ensuring compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and contractual agreements.


• Oversee and control all maintenance, repair, and modernization measures to protect and enhance asset value, in line with global maintenance strategies.


• Optimize space utilization and allocation across office, manufacturing, and warehouse facilities to effectively support business activities.


• Ensure high\-quality data management and entry for all FMS and maintenance activities to support regional reporting and control processes.

What You Bring* University degree in Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Facility Management, or a related field.

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Corporate Real Estate Management, with a focus on property and/or facility management.


• In\-depth knowledge of CREM processes and experience working within a multinational and multicultural team environment.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a structured approach to managing administrative tasks.


• Proficiency in property management systems and financial administration.
