Property Manager | OTE £45,000 - £60,000 | Award-Winning Lettings Agency | Finchley

We're recruiting for a Property Manager to join an award-winning and highly successful lettings agency in Finchley. This is a varied role combining both lettings and property management responsibilities, offering the opportunity to manage a portfolio of residential properties while also negotiating new tenancies within the local area.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you will:

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants

  • Match applicants with suitable rental properties

  • Negotiate tenancy agreements and progress lets through to completion

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

  • Provide support and advice throughout the tenancy lifecycle

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties

  • Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with contractors

  • Handle tenant enquiries and property-related issues efficiently

  • Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with lettings legislation

Property Manager Requirements
  • Minimum 18 months' experience within residential lettings

  • Previous property management experience advantageous

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Passion for the property industry and customer service excellence

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Organised and proactive approach to workload management

  • Ability to build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants

  • Basic salary up to £25,000

  • Realistic OTE of £45,000 - £60,000

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday
