Location: Bromsgrove, with regular site visits across the area
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE (£15.38 - £17.95 per hour)
Hours: Full-time or part-time hours considered
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Mileage: Business travel expenses reimbursed
Are you an organised and proactive property professional looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a Property Management Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic business on a temp-to-perm basis.
This is a varied and hands-on role that offers the opportunity to manage a diverse property portfolio, build strong relationships with tenants and contractors, and play a key part in ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.
The Role
As Property Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance requirements are met and maintenance issues are resolved efficiently.
Key duties include:
- Managing day-to-day communication with tenants and responding to property-related enquiries
- Obtaining maintenance quotations and instructing contractors
- Monitoring and progressing outstanding repairs and maintenance works
- Overseeing compliance requirements and key property deadlines
- Conducting monthly property inspections and site visits
- Supporting financial administration, including basic arrears management
- Maintaining accurate property records using property management systems
- Assisting with the preparation and monitoring of service charge budgets
We are looking for a motivated and professional individual who can work independently while delivering excellent customer service.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience within property management, block management, commercial property, or a similar environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, problem-solving approach
- A positive and flexible attitude with a willingness to support the wider business when required
- Experience using property management software, with Re-Leased experience highly desirable
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business travel
- Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term career prospects
