About The HMPD SL

The HMPD SL is a growing property management company dedicated to delivering exceptional real estate and property management services across Spain. We focus on maintaining high\-quality properties, building strong tenant relationships, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations for residential and commercial portfolios.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Management Coordinator to support our property operations and help ensure excellent service for tenants, owners, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily property management operations for residential and commercial properties.

  • Communicate with tenants, property owners, contractors, and service providers.

  • Schedule property inspections, maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.

  • Track maintenance requests and ensure timely issue resolution.

  • Maintain accurate property records, lease documents, and tenant information.

  • Assist with rent collection, invoicing, and administrative reporting.

  • Support tenant onboarding, lease renewals, and move\-in/move\-out processes.

  • Monitor property compliance with company policies and local regulations.

  • Prepare reports related to occupancy, maintenance, and operational performance.

  • Assist management with improving property operations and tenant satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in property management, real estate administration, or coordination roles.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties or tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with property management platforms such as AppFolio, Buildium, or Yardi.

  • Knowledge of property leasing procedures and tenant relations.

  • Familiarity with maintenance coordination and vendor management.

  • Understanding of local housing and property regulations in Spain.
