This role is ideal for a practical and proactive individual with practical maintenance experience, excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of property maintenance issues.
Working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors, you will coordinate and manage a wide range of maintenance and repair issues, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.
The successful candidate will be confident prioritising workloads, managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering a professional, efficient service while maintaining strong relationships with all parties involved.

- Proven ability to manage contractors and coordinate maintenance projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and practical approach to resolving issues
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Full UK Driving Licence essential
