Salary: £150–£180 per day (depending on experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Property Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi\-trade work and be confident carrying out a wide range of property maintenance tasks to a high standard. This is a hands\-on role suited to someone who is proactive, hardworking, and takes pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general property maintenance and repair work


• Plumbing repairs and installations


• Painting and decorating


• Basic carpentry and joinery tasks


• Fencing repairs and installations


• General handyman duties across residential and/or commercial properties


• Diagnosing faults and delivering effective solutions


• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

Requirements:

• Proven experience in multi\-trade property maintenance


• Strong skills in plumbing, painting \& decorating, carpentry, and general repairs


• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively


• Good problem\-solving skills and attention to detail


• Must own a van and have a full set of tools


• Full UK driving licence
