Property Finance Paralegal – Winchester

Our client is a well-established and modern Legal 200 Hampshire based law firm.

It services both business and private client areas of law.

The firm is seeking a Paralegal for its leading Property Finance Department.

You will be responsible for running your own transactions with supervision and your work will include:

  • Preparing the relevant security and ancillary documents from templates

  • Reviewing valuation reports

  • Basic review of title and transactional documents, identifying issues and taking the necessary steps to resolve them

  • Liaising with both the client and the borrower’s Solicitors to achieve completion of the security

  • Dealing with the receipt and despatch of funds to complete the finance.

You will join a well-respected firm at a significant time in its development. You will benefit from working within a friendly team, that prides itself on being meticulous and hard-working.

The firm has an excellent reputation in the region and are renowned for its high level of service to its clients.
