Job Description

• Manage landlord, tenant enquiries and create new sales and rental opportunities.


• Arrange and attend viewings, property inspections and compile reports.


• Managing social media account such as Little Red Book for the company.


• Need to speak English and Mandarin fluently.


• Find investment property deals for high\-profile clients.


• Providing clients with advice and guidance on property investment and management.


• Maximize the satisfaction of all clients by providing great customer service.


• Collaborate with coworkers for routine operations.


• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.


• Troubleshooting and finding answers to client issues.


• Accompany customers on property visits.


• Attract and bring in new clients to expand the company's customer base.

• Need to travel between UK and Overseas.


• Attract and deal with leads from overseas clients.


• A high standard of both written and spoken Mandarin is essential.


• Excellent communication skills with high\-profile clients.


• Knowing the property investment preferences of Chinese clients and being able to. provide personalized investment analysis and advice.


• Expertise with MS Office.


• Flexible, practical, and well\-versed in problem\-solving.


• Ability to multi\-task.


• Experience using Chinese social media sites, especially WeChat, Little Red Book.


• Excellent organization and time management skills with attention to detail.


• Outstanding people skills and an impressive client focus to build lasting relationships with partners and customers.


• To be organized and efficient to work well under pressure in a fast\-paced environment.

Pay: From £27,000\.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
