Job Description

As a Property Care Assistant, you will conduct inspections on both occupied and vacant properties ensuring our properties are safe, compliant and well maintained. You will need to ensure that reports are accurately completed and any issues with the property are correctly reported.

This is a full\-time peripatetic, based on the road Monday – Friday with some scheduled time in our HQ in Bury each week.

As a Property Care Assistant, we are looking for someone to:

Ø Conduct inspections of our properties – these will include both occupied and vacant properties.

Ø Visit and inspect residential properties to conduct both inventories and check out reports.

Ø Take clear photographs within the properties with clear notes.

Ø Conduct various compliance checks, including fire alarm testing at our various sites.

Ø Obtaining meter readings and attending smart meter upgrade appointments.

Ø Report maintenance issues identified via an app.

Ø Various adhoc ‘on the road’ tasks.

Ø Ad hoc office support to cover holidays / sickness.

Essential

Ø Full clean UK driving licence.

Ø Computer literate.

Desirable

Ø Great organisation skills – including diary management and time keeping.

Ø Impressive attention to detail \- with an eye to note all features, issues and any damage within properties.

Ø Excellent customer service skills.

Ø Strong team player.

Ø Previous experience working in a fast\-paced environment.

Ø Comfortable working alone for long periods.

Ø Previous experience working within property industry (advantageous)
