About the Role

You’ll support busy lettings and property management teams across Oxfordshire offices. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role ideal for anyone looking for a customer service summer job with progression potential.

You’ll be involved in:

• Marketing rental properties and supporting lettings activity


• Conducting property viewings


• Responding to tenant and applicant enquiries


• Supporting tenancy move-ins and property checks


• Organising contractor works and property maintenance


• Ensuring compliance and keeping property records up to date


• General admin and front-of-house support

We’re looking for:

• Strong communicators who enjoy working with people


• Organised, reliable, and detail-focused individuals


• A full UK driving licence (required for viewings)


• No property experience needed – full training provided

• Paid summer work experience in the property industry


• Industry-recognised training and development


• Real exposure to estate agency and lettings careers
