Join our team as a Property Administrator and support the delivery of property, project and Hard FM activities across our UK estate. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, providing high\-quality administrative support to Property Managers and project teams.
This is a varied and fast\-paced role where organisation, attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential. You’ll be at the centre of day\-to\-day activity, helping to ensure processes, systems and documentation are maintained to a high standard.
The role will involve occasional UK travel, including regular visits to Newcastle, to support wider team and project requirements.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the property services inbox, responding to queries and directing tasks appropriately
- Maintain property systems and databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
- Act as a key point of contact for property\-related enquiries across the business
- Coordinate documentation, including legal approvals, schedules and policy updates
- Support diary management, travel planning and team coordination
- Update and monitor PPM schedules and project trackers
- Liaise with contractors to arrange maintenance, repairs and planned works
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices and manage supplier set\-up
- Ensure all documentation is accurately filed and maintained in SharePoint
You’ll have:
- Previous administrative experience in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Understanding of property, projects or facilities management
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
