Projects Administrator

We are looking for an organised and proactive Projects Administrator to support our project delivery team. This is a varied role that requires excellent administration skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Process engineers' timesheets accurately and within deadlines.
· Raise purchase orders and process supplier invoices.
· Create and complete Operation \& Maintenance (O\&M) manuals for completed projects.
· Set up new contract jobs and reactive maintenance jobs within the company management system.
· Create and maintain project job folders in line with company procedures.
· Prepare and issue site safety folders and project documentation.
· Assist with quantity take\-offs to support estimating and quotations.
· Manage fleet administration, including vehicle records, servicing, MOTs and compliance.
· Maintain plant and equipment records, including servicing, calibration and certification.
· Support purchasing and procurement activities, obtaining quotations and ordering materials as required.
· Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and project managers to ensure documentation and orders are processed efficiently.
· Maintain accurate project records and filing systems.
· Provide general administrative support to the Contracts, Estimating and Management teams.
Skills \& Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
· Previous administration experience within the construction or electrical industry (preferred).
· Experience processing purchase orders and supplier invoices.
· Good understanding of procurement and buying processes.
· Experience producing O\&M manuals (desirable).
· Knowledge of quantity take\-offs and estimating support (desirable).
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
· Experience using job management or accounting software (advantageous).
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: £13\.50\-£20\.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 22\.5 per week
