Job Summary

Pointer Ltd. are recruiting for a Project Support Administrator. This role provides administrative support across the full lifecycle of our projects, ensuring documentation is accurately maintained, project records are kept up to date, and information is effectively shared between internal teams, suppliers and clients.

The Project Support Administrator will support the Projects Team with a range of day\-to\-day administrative tasks, including maintaining project documentation, updating internal systems, coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements, and assisting with reporting requirements. Working closely with Project and Commercial Administrators and the wider Projects Team, the Project Support Administrator plays an important role in helping the team run smoothly, ensuring information is organised, accurate and readily available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new projects on the Simpro system and collate documentation.

  • Create site documentation for engineers.

  • Organise Accommodation and overnight allowance (OTA).

  • Compile and submit O\&M manuals.

  • Obtain information from contractors to set up new accounts.

  • Create and submit invoices on our system and customer portals

  • Provide cover and support for Project \& Commercial Administrators

Required Experience \& Qualifications

  • Competent with Microsoft Office suite

  • Experience of working with SimPro (advantageous)

  • An excellent and engaging communication style

  • Customer centric and a problem solver

  • Organised, proactive, resilient and a team\-player

  • Curious and passionate about continuous improvement

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
