Project Support Administrator
At European Glass Installations (EGI), we specialise in internal glass partitioning solutions and are proud of the high\-quality service we provide to our customers. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Project Support Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with our Project Managers, helping to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish while building valuable commercial and project administration experience along the way.
Whether you're a recent graduate, looking to start your career in project administration, or already have some office experience, we'd love to hear from you. Previous experience in a similar role is helpful, but it's not essential. What's most important to us is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to be part of a hardworking team.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Project Support Administrator, you'll provide day\-to\-day support to our project team, helping us deliver projects for a range of high\-profile customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries and emails, directing queries to the appropriate Project Manager where needed.
- Assisting with the preparation of project estimates and quotations.
- Supporting logistics, procurement and the distribution of materials to help keep projects on schedule.
- Liaising with our manufacturing department and installation teams.
- Keeping Project Managers informed of customer updates and project developments.
- Preparing project documentation and information for handover.
- Assisting with health \& safety and risk assessment documentation.
- Supporting general office administration and filing as required.
We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys working with people. You don't need to have done this exact job before—we're happy to provide training for the right person.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A positive, proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage several tasks at once and work in a busy environment.
- A flexible and team\-focused attitude.

Pay: £28,000\.00\-£34,000\.00 per year
