We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project/Site Manager to oversee construction and infrastructure projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Duties

• Develop detailed project plans using Primavera P6, including schedules, resource allocation, and milestones.


• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.


• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.


• Monitor project progress, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet deadlines.


• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key issues and solutions.


• Manage procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.


• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards and safety protocols are maintained.


• Lead problem\-solving initiatives to address unforeseen challenges promptly and effectively.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and management.


• Experience with Civil 3D for civil engineering design and site planning.


• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure.


• Excellent organisational skills to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.


• Effective communication skills for liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders.


• Proven leadership abilities to motivate teams and manage site personnel effectively.
