Duties:

  • Coordinate the daily construction activities at the project site with the objective of ensuring all activities comply with project quality plans, specifications, site programs, and meet all safety standards and legal requirements.

  • Plans the activities to effectively use resources to meet construction program.

  • Reviews specification drawing to resolve any discrepancies or conflicts.

  • Monitors materials, equipment and manpower on site to ensure that the appropriate materials are available to meet the construction program timing.

  • Managing contractors, problem solving, general commissioning activities, Creating and executing testing plans, manging timing plans.

Responsibilities typically include:
  • Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.

  • Coaching and reviewing the work of lower\-level professionals.

  • Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.

Skills:
  • Experience in Installation and coordination of projects

  • Good communication, problem solving and organisation skills
