About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project/Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team, based in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities Requirements
- Relevant third\-level qualification.
- 5\+ years’ experience across a wide range of sectors.
- Construction Stage Data Centre Experience (preferably with a consultancy).
- Experience in pro\-actively managing projects.
- Background in Mechanical and Electrical projects is a plus.
- Experience, pre or post contract, acting as a CQS or PQS is advantageous.
- Chartered or working towards chartership, ideally.
- Excellent client\-facing profile with relevant sector experience.
- Motivated and diligent team player, willing to go the extra mile.
