We are seeking an experienced Project / Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) programme for a key financial services client.

*This role will work directly with the client team, managing the delivery of a large\-scale programme of works across multiple locations, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.*

This is a 12\-Month Fixed Term based on site in Canary Wharf, London and *may involve additional weekend or evening works, also travel within the EMEA region.*

What you’ll be doing as our Project / Programme Manager:

  • Lead the planning and execution of the TLM programme across assigned locations

  • Develop and maintain programme schedules, ensuring alignment with stakeholders

  • Manage programme budgets, cost tracking and financial reporting

  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues across delivery

  • Act as the primary interface between ONNEC, the client and third\-party stakeholders

  • Ensure all documentation, including Health \& Safety, is compliant and up to date

  • Maintain accurate project records and reporting

  • Deliver high\-quality outcomes aligned to client expectations

  • Provide regular updates to ONNEC leadership

What we’re looking for in our Project / Programme Manager:
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects or programmes

  • Strong planning, scheduling and coordination skills

  • Experience managing budgets, costs and reporting

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and client\-facing experience

  • Ability to manage risks, issues and multiple workstreams

  • Good communication and organisational skills
