We are currently seeking an experienced Project Planner to join our team, working from our HQ in Slane and supporting major Data Centre projects across Europe. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining project schedules throughout the full project lifecycle from preconstruction to final completion. The role requires strong planning expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive progress across multidisciplinary teams in a fast\-paced, high\-performance environment.

Responsibilities* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, integrating scope, milestones, and resource allocations

  • Monitor project progress against baseline schedules, identifying and addressing risks and delays proactively

  • Collaborate with site teams through regular site visits to gather real\-time updates and support accurate planning

  • Lead planning meetings with internal and external stakeholders to align project timelines with progress on the ground

  • Recommend adjustments to sequencing and resource deployment to improve project efficiency and milestone achievement

  • Incorporate scope changes and variations into project schedules in coordination with commercial and delivery teams

  • Generate and distribute clear and accurate progress reports to site leadership and senior management

  • Support risk mitigation strategies by identifying schedule impacts and developing corrective action plans

  • Assist in the development of short\-term lookahead programmes to drive site\-based activities

  • Maintain planning data, records, and documentation in line with company and project requirements
Requirements* Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Proven expertise in Primavera P6 is essential

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in planning and scheduling for large\-scale projects

  • Previous experience on Data Centre projects is highly desirable

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project data and communicate clearly

  • Effective stakeholder management with a collaborative, team\-oriented approach

  • EU citizenship or the ability to travel freely within the EU
