PROJECT & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Location: Carnforth
Job Type: Full\-Time, Office\-Based
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00\-5:00 (with 1 hour unpaid lunch break)
Salary: £36,500 \- £44,500 (depending on experience)

Holiday: 28 days paid leave (including bank holidays)

About the Role

Clarkson Electrical Solutions are looking for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to become the central point of contact for our day\-to\-day operations.

This is a varied and fast\-paced role supporting the delivery of small projects and reactive works across the business. You will be responsible for coordinating engineers, managing customer communication, handling invoicing and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and profitably.

The successful candidate will play a key role within the office team and will help ensure the smooth running of operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinating engineers for projects, maintenance works and reactive callouts

· Managing the day\-to\-day running of small projects from start to completion

· Liaising with customers, suppliers and subcontractors

· Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionally

· Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries and returns with suppliers

· Managing stock

· Raising invoices for completed works and projects

· Assisting with cost variations and project administration

· Updating internal systems, job records and documentation

· Supporting compliance and operational processes where required

What We’re Looking For

· Strong organisational and time management skills

· Excellent communication and customer service abilities

· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment

· Confident using Microsoft Office 365

· Good attention to detail and problem\-solving skills

· Previous experience in project coordination, administration or operations preferred

· Experience within electrical wholesale, electrical contracting or construction industries would be advantageous, but not essential.
