About Seniors in Touch (SIT)
Seniors in Touch is a Thamesmead‑based charity dedicated to reducing loneliness and isolation among people aged 50 and above. We bring people together through weekly social activities, gentle exercise, arts and crafts, and group discussions that promote wellbeing, friendship, and connection.
Alongside our core programme, we run SITMEN — a monthly wellbeing project for men over 50, held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. SITMEN provides a supportive space for men to talk, share experiences, and build confidence.

You will help plan and run activities, support participants during sessions, coordinate volunteers, and work with partners to ensure our projects meet the needs of older adults.
