Are you an experienced Project Manager with an engineering or supervisory background and a strong focus on delivery, quality and customer service?
Join a growing engineering business delivering projects across the UK.This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to take ownership of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with clients, supply chain partners, design teams and operational staff in a supportive, high-performing environment where safety, quality and continuous improvement are central to everything they do.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects from initiation through to completion.
- Create and manage project plans, budgets, schedules and deliverables.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate resources, materials and equipment to maximise efficiency.
- Manage project delivery against contractual requirements and KPIs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and project teams.
- Coordinate drawings, specifications, method statements and risk assessments.
- Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality standards are maintained.
- Proven Project Manager experience within an engineering or supervisory environment.
- Recognised Project Management qualification is essential
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, schedules and project risks.
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Proactive, adaptable and confident problem-solving approach.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
