Project Manager

Wills Bros is one of Ireland’s leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractors, delivering major projects across the country. As the business continues to grow, we are keen to connect with experienced Civils Project Managers and Site Agents who may be open to exploring their next move. We are particularly interested in professionals with experience across structures, roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks, enabling works, public realm, and general civil engineering projects.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Manage day\-to\-day site operations and support the safe delivery of civil engineering works


• Lead and coordinate engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, direct labour and site teams


• Plan resources, programme works and monitor progress against project milestones


• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards


• Maintain site records, progress reports, RAMS, permits and project documentation as required


• Liaise with clients, design teams, local authorities, utility providers and other key stakeholders

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience as a Project Manager, Site Agent, Construction Manager, Senior Engineer or similar within civil engineering


• Strong technical knowledge across one or more areas such as structures, roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks or general civils


• Proven ability to lead site teams, manage subcontractors and coordinate daily works


• Strong planning, communication, commercial awareness and problem\-solving skills


• A strong focus on health and safety, quality, teamwork and successful project delivery


• Relevant civil engineering, construction management or trade background is desirable


• Full clean Irish driving licence preferred
