We Are Hiring – Project Manager

London \| Hybrid/Flexible

Vitascan Health is looking for a passionate and organised Project Manager to support and lead community\-based health projects focused on prevention, screening, health education, and public health outreach.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with communities, managing health initiatives, coordinating teams, and helping innovative healthcare projects grow.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate VitaScan community health projects

  • Plan health screening camps, outreach events, and awareness programmes

  • Coordinate with councils, universities, pharmacies, GP practices, and community organisations

  • Maintain project timelines, budgets, and reporting

  • Support data collection, impact reporting, and evaluation

  • Lead communication between field staff, volunteers, and stakeholders

  • Assist with funding applications, partnerships, and operational planning

  • Ensure projects meet public health and safeguarding standards

  • Support business development and expansion activities.
Skills \& Experience Required: Experience in project management, healthcare, public health, or community services
  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, reporting, and scheduling tools

  • Knowledge of community engagement and health promotion is preferred

  • Leadership and team coordination skills

  • Problem\-solving and independent working ability
Qualifications

Preferred: Background in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Social Care, or Health Promotion

  • Experience working with NHS/community health programmes

  • Driving licence is a bonus
What We Need to Run VitaScan Projects Successfully:
  • Community partnerships

  • Venue selection and approvals

  • Event and outreach coordination

  • Health survey management

  • Data collection and reporting

  • Use of STATA or R

  • Volunteer/staff coordination

  • Public engagement and awareness campaigns

  • Operational planning

  • Funding and stakeholder management

  • Digital health and screening support

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within Health system

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.

  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of managing diverse projects

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to various stakeholders.
