Project Manager – Fabric \& Maintenance
Location: Loughton, Essex
Salary: £50,000 per annum \+ performance\-related bonus
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

We are a growing Facilities Management company based in Loughton, Essex, looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
You will be responsible for pricing and delivering fabric and building maintenance projects ranging from £30k–£200k, managing the process from initial enquiry and quotation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Price and prepare quotations for fabric/building projects.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Liaise with clients and provide regular project updates.
- Manage project costs, variations and margins.
- Ensure works are delivered safely and to a high standard.
- Essential: Proven experience within the built environment, construction or facilities management.
- Experience pricing and managing building/fabric projects.
- Strong commercial awareness and cost\-control skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Full UK driving licence.
- £50,000 basic salary \+ performance\-related bonus
