Could you be the full\-time hybrid Project Manager in Bari, Bologne, Rome or Florence we’re looking for?
Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and managerial expertise in a new cutting\-edge field. You’ll drive complex trackside projects execution in a highly interface\-driven environment, ensuring alignment across engineering, installation, supply chain, and customer stakeholders. You will secure reliable and on time delivery by proactively managing dependencies, uncertainties, and information flows, while maximizing project performance in terms of cash, margin, and customer satisfaction
We’ll look to you for:
- Planning and managing the complete execution of your scope from transfer to close out, in line with Contract / Program Charter requirements.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders (internal functions, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams), ensuring consistency of information and alignment on priorities.
- Ensure effective communication flows across the project team, enabling timely and accurate decision\-making.
- Performing project management and contract administration according to Alstom Project Management Manual, including proactive risk and opportunity management, and in full compliance with e\-book rules.
- Representing Alstom towards Customers, both in the domestic and international markets.
- Being responsible and accountable for the Project Profit and Loss; Respecting the budgets and QCD objectives.

- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field,
- Strong ability to manage uncertainty and incomplete information,
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills across matrix organizations,
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic project environment,
- Experience or understanding of project management principles and practices,
- You must be fluent in Italian and English.
