We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects across various disciplines. In this pivotal role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget. Your leadership will drive collaboration among diverse teams, manage resources efficiently, and uphold high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure clear direction and accountability.
- Utilize Primavera P6 to create detailed schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans proactively to stay on track.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost control measures to optimize resource utilization.
- Oversee the use of Civil 3D for design review, site layout planning, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues early, and enforce safety protocols.
- Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential obstacles and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of project activities, change orders, meeting notes, and progress reports for transparency and accountability.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling and project tracking is essential for effective planning and execution.
- Strong experience with Civil 3D for civil engineering design review and site development coordination.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in fast\-paced environments while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly convey project objectives, updates, and technical information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Pay: £50,000\.00\-£65,000\.00 per year
