Job Overview

Revival Program CIC is seeking an organised, proactive, and driven Project Manager to oversee the coordination and delivery of our youth development programmes, in\-person events, outreach initiatives, and operational projects.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the growth of the organisation by managing programme timelines, coordinating partnerships, overseeing event delivery, and helping establish efficient systems and processes across the CIC.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose\-driven organisation focused on mindset renewal, mentoring, wellbeing, and youth empowerment across the UK. The role is initially part\-time with strong potential to develop into a long\-term permanent leadership position as the organisation expands.

Duties \& Responsibilities

• Develop and manage structured project plans for events, programmes, and community initiatives


• Coordinate in\-person and virtual youth development events across Manchester and other UK cities


• Oversee timelines, scheduling, logistics, and delivery operations


• Work closely with facilitators, mentors, volunteers, and external partners


• Support outreach campaigns, partnership development, and community engagement activity


• Monitor project progress and ensure objectives are delivered effectively and on time


• Assist with safeguarding, compliance, reporting, and organisational administration


• Maintain organised project documentation, reports, and operational systems


• Attend planning meetings, networking sessions, and occasional event site visits


• Support the Founder with long\-term strategic growth and operational planning

Requirements

• Previous experience in project management, events coordination, operations, or programme delivery


• Strong organisational and time management skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively


• Excellent communication and leadership abilities


• Comfortable working independently and within a growing team environment


• Passion for youth development, mental wellbeing, community impact, and personal growth


• Experience using project management or CRM software is desirable


• Manchester\-based or able to attend in\-person meetings/events when required
